A deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required to secure your reservation. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and you have received a written confirmation from Bushvalley Safari Tours. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour's departure date.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
It is the client's responsibility to inform Bushvalley Safari Tours of any pre-existing medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate special diets, this cannot be guaranteed in remote bush locations.
Bushvalley Safari Tours acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide accommodation, transportation, or other services. We assume no liability for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
